a very serious study of baked goods
This is a log of bakeries, cafés, and kitchen experiments conducted by one household in Chicago. Methodology: show up, order too many baked goods, take a photo with a phone, write about it later while the kids nap.
There is a rating system. It is not scientific.
Each post gets tagged with whatever I feel like. Not every category applies to every yummy thing. If I used all four, it was an experience.
